EUR 15m bond
Turun Toriparkki Oy is building an underground parking facility for 600 cars in the centre of Turku. Companies operating around the market place in the heart of Turku are expected to make significant investments in the next few years, increasing the demand for parking in the area. Construction work began in the autumn 2018 and the parking facility will open to the public by the beginning of 2021. As part of the nearly EUR 40m financing of the total investment, the company issued a 5-year, EUR 15m bond. Taaleri Kapitaali acted as financial advisor to the issuer and the manager of the bond issue.
