Management buyout
The leading Nordic pharmaceutical wholesale group Oriola Corporation divested its Baltic pharmaceutical logistics and wholesale operations to a company established by the management of the Baltic operations, Oribalt. The transaction comprised Oribalt’s acquisition of five companies operating in the three Baltic countries from Oriola Finland Oy. Taaleri Kapitaali acted as financial advisor to the buyer and arranged financing for the transaction.
